Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To return or exchange returnable items purchased from Shop St Giles, you must first email faqs@stgiles.com with Return & Product Name in the subject line within 30 days of the purchase date. Once confirmed by us, the return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date and shipped at your own expense. All returned or exchanged items must be in the original condition you bought them. The return package must include the receipt or other proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are at our discretion. All return or exchange items will be reviewed for condition and subject to a 10% restocking fee, if necessary, to be subtracted from any return or exchange value. 


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene reasons, please note that face masks cannot be returned. However, if there is a proven manufacturing defect, you can return the item for a full refund. 

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned. 


You will be notified by us within 30 business days of our receipt of the return items, whether or not your request for exchange or refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the shipping cost. Please note it can take up to two billing/statement cycles for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For exchanges, please allow at least 14 business days for replacement items to be shipped. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost if you cancel your order after the item has been shipped.
